I stayed for one night before my flight, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was clean, bright, and perfect for relaxing. With a fully equipped kitchen, I could easily prepare meals, which is great for families. The location near the airport made it convenient for my travels, and the ample parking space was a huge plus. Check-in was a breeze, and our room had all the necessary amenities. Plus, despite being off-season, it was nice to have a low-density environment.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it was superior with unbeatable location unable to help to book taxi. My room was well laid out in the bedroom nearby, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Location: the property was not far from Time car rental as well as the premium outlet stores.

Being close to the outlet mall and the airport was a major plus, although taxi rides are necessary as public transport is limited. Although the online check-in had its hiccups, this luxurious setting and nearby attractions like Hokkaido Ramen Dojo added to our family bonding and relaxation.

The Family Junior Suite provided ample space for our needs. A self-check-in process made arriving easy. The kitchen and living area were very clean and perfect for our group. The lack of sound insulation was frustrating. Noise from the level above kept us awake until the early hours. Taxi accessibility was a major issue. We had to walk to the train station under challenging weather conditions to catch an early flight. Uber services were not an option here. If you intend to stay for airport access, prepare for some physical effort with your luggage. Otherwise, the suite and its cleanliness are definitely highlights.

I had a pretty enjoyable stay over New Year! The suites were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which was great for gathering with friends. The location is super close to the airport, making it convenient for catching early flights. Plus, the washer/dryer combo in the room was a lifesaver for freshening up after the celebrations!

The check-in process was quite a hassle with no staff on-site. I struggled to create an account online, and once we got to the hotel, we found ourselves dealing with a virtual reception. the lack of shuttle service to the airport was a major drawback, especially in the winter weather.

I couldn't believe how loud it was! It felt like there was no soundproofing at all between the floors. All night, I could hear footsteps and voices from above. Trying to catch sleep before an early flight was impossible!

Spacious Family Junior Suite was awesome! It had a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, and plenty of kitchenware. The private bathroom was clean, and the shower was super nice. Nice towels too. There's also a washing machine and a comfy sofa for relaxation. Plus, the air conditioning kept the room cool!
